What We Look For

Previous experience in care is desirable but not always essential, as full training may be provided for the right candidates.

Training and Development

All staff receive:

  • Induction training
  • Mandatory training in areas such as safeguarding and health & safety
  • Ongoing refresher training
  • Supervision and performance reviews

We support staff to develop their skills and grow within the organisation.
